How do I Transfer Volume Ownership?

A volume needs to be transferred to another project or tenant within the OpenStack environment.

Answer
A volume may be transferred by creating a volume transfer request which may then be accepted in another project, passing in the transfer ID and auth key, both of which are shown during the initial creation of the transfer request. Refer to the OpenStack documentation for additional guidance.
