Is it possible to deploy a VM with Tap as a Service (TaaS) enabled for port mirroring of the tenant networks?

The support for the TaaS plugin is currently not available in Platform9 Managed OpenStack (PMO).
Additional Information
As per the upstream installation guide of Tap as a Service, the tests are conducted on DevStack running on Ubuntu 12.04 and 14.04.
Tap-as-a-Service is a project to introduce the functionality of port mirroring in OpenStack Neutron provisioned networks
Port mirroring involves sending a copy of packets entering and/or leaving one port to another port, which is usually different from the original destinations of the packets being mirrored
