Cause

Prior to the OpenStack Queens release, certain instance actions or events were not recorded (as recognized in an upstream bug report LP#1646323arrow-up-right). As part of the Queens release, a specificationarrow-up-right was implemented to address this shortcoming and these events have now been made available.

Resolution

  1. Upgrade to Platform9 v4.0arrow-up-right which supports OpenStack Rocky and includes the aforementioned fix/feature enhancement.
