Abort In Progress Snapshot

Problem

A snapshot is getting stuck in queued state and taking long time to complete. Is there a way I can abort the snapshot?

Environment

  • Platform9 Managed OpenStack - All Versions

Answer

Unfortunately, there is no option in the API to abort/cancel the in progress snapshot. It will be necessary to wait for the completion or failure of the snapshot.
