Unable to Create VM Instance

Problem

• VM Instance is failing with below error

CREATE_FAILED  CREATE aborted (Task create from Server "test_vm" Stack "test-00086" [cxxx-xxx-4xxx-bbxx-f4a193bbxxx] Timed out)

Environment

• Platform9 Managed OpenStack - v5.8

Cause

• Network latency on the host.

Resolution

• Increase the network speed on the host.
