VMHA Indicator Does Not Appear in UI For All AZs

The VMHA indicator detailing the number of servers up/total in the Clarity UI does not appear for all AZs present in the region to which a user is currently scoped.

  • Platform9 Managed OpenStack - v3.6-3.10

Cause

A bug exists in Clarity UI code prior to v3.11 which causes such behavior. This issue has been resolved in v3.11.

Resolution

  1. The Solution Architect assigned to your account should be contacted by the account administrator to schedule an upgrade to v3.11 or later.
