For all those in magical Sydney for the OpenStack Summit, check out these talks from Platform9:
What: We containerized an OpenStack service, Rally, using Kubernetes! In contrast to the single-user CLI-based Rally, this benchmarking-as-a-service (BaaS) system can be used by multiple users to benchmark multiple OpenStack deployments.
When: Monday, November 6, 12:05pm
Where: Level 2 – Parkside 2 Foyer
What: Did you know that OpenStack can be used to provision public cloud resources? The Omni Project was first introduced by Platform9 at the OpenStack Summit in Barcelona. It has now been enhanced to support major public clouds, multiple users and multiple availability zones.
When: Tuesday, November 7, 5:50pm
What: Attend this deep dive session on achieving agility and speed with scientific applications. We will provide guidance on topics such as extracting bare metal performance improvement, architecting deployments for scientific workloads, opportunistic scaling, and streamlining research with OpenStack Murano app versioning.
When: Wednesday, November 8, 11:00am
We look forward to seeing you at OpenStack Summit.
