IP-reconciler pod Stuck in Running State - No new IP-reconciler job Getting Created in Every 5 Minutes.

Problem

Pods associated with the IP-reconciler jobs are stuck in Running state- The pod is expected to be in Completed state once the commands within the pod is executed. The IP-recociler job will executed in every 5 minutes, but it is not creating any new jobs.

Environment

• Platform9 Edge Cloud - 5.3-LTS1 and Higher.

Answer

This is a known issue in 5.3-LTS1 and its resolved in the SMCP-GA [LTS3] release. Jira associated AIR-1164.
