Platform9 has announced it will present at a webinar hosted by CNCF and hosts three Kubernetes Days events globally.

The investment Platform9 has been working on since the beginning of the year has arrived, and will fund its Managed Kubernetes offering, which addresses the key enterprise challenges with cloud-native adoption, including the complexity of integrating on-premises datacenters and public clouds.

At VMworld 2019, Platform9 CEO Sirish Raghuram catches up with Small World Big Data Founder and Principal Analyst Mike Matchett to discuss the challenges and opportunities for bringing Kubernetes into the virtualization world.

3. Managing Kubernetes for You: Platform9 is likely the most prominent example here. They offer remote management of a Kubernetes cluster which greatly simplifies management. Their key promise is high availability with a 99.9% SLA, and the reason they can offer this promise is that they “manage everything.” If you like a hands-off approach, this works great, but if you want to manage key pieces of the toolchain, you’ll need to check with the provider before committing to their platform.
