Hit Start Your Deployment and your SaaS control plane goes live within 48 business hours. While your environment is being provisioned, an onboarding email will land within minutes.
STEP 2 (48 business hours)
Receive log-in credentials
Your SaaS-managed Private Cloud Director environment is provisioned. Within 48 business hours, you’ll receive login credentials and first steps. Just bring your hosts and start building.
STEP 3 (Week 1)
Complete onboarding phase
Get hands-on. Integrate storage and backup, provision hosts, create VMs, and run your first workloads at your own pace. Our Engineering team is alongside you ready to assist if needed.
STEP 4 (Weeks 2-4)
Onboarding kickoff
Move from exploration to execution. Onboard customer workloads, define your migration plan, and start using vJailbreak—Platform9’s free, open-source VMware migration tool. From here, you set the pace. Same pricing and unlimited cores carry through the rest of the 90 days.
