Platform9 Managed Kubernetes (PMK) - Cert-Manager and Nginx Ingress Controller

In this demo we walk through deploying a cluster on AWS using PMK, we setup the App Catalog with PMK Certified apps, using the App Catalog we deploy Cert-Manager and an Nginx Ingress Controller, and then finally we deploy an application with an Ingress Resource so that it can use HTTPS. After the application has been deployed we walk through updating the ingress resource so that we can use two deployments and split traffic using two different endpoints.
