Allow Users to Add Custom Tolerations on the Addons

Problem

• Is it possible to add/modify custom tolerations on PF9-Addons?

Environment

• Platform9 Edge Cloud - v5.6 and Higher

Cause

• Currently it is not possible to add custom tolerations on clusteraddons.

• An internal JIRA AIR-1102 is raised with engineering team to debug this further.

Resolution

• As a workaround, this can achieved by adding tolerations to daemonsets.
