The 'latest' tag is used for Sunpike images, instead of the exact sunpike version.

Usecase- If you are upgrading sunpike image, you can see both the new and existing tags are 'latest', Which is a security risk and confusing as well.

This is a known issue and resolved in LTS-2 version [v-5.6]
