Unable to Generate Support Bundle from Host.

Problem

The support bundle generation is failing with the below error:

$ sudo pcdctl generate-support-bundle --verbose

DEBUG   ==========Genetating SupportBundle==========

FATAL   Required python_paths to generate supportBundle does not exists

Environment

• Self-Hosted Private Cloud Director Virtualization - v2025.8 and Lower
• Self-Hosted Private Cloud Director Kubernetes - v2025.4 and Lower

Answer

This is a known issue, and an internal bug PCD-4325 has been created to track the solution of this issue.

The fix version for this issue and its ETA are not finalised at the moment.
