Certified Apps Overview
Platform9 has built a curated Helm Chart repository of popular Kubernetes Applications. Each Application that is stored within the Certified App repository has been tested on all versions of Kubernetes that Platform9 supports across all Cluster types.
To get started with Platform9 Certified Apps add the repository https://platform9.github.io/helm-charts/ to your Platform9 SaaS Management Plane. For detailed steps on adding and removing Helm repositories view the guide here.
Using Certified Apps
Platform9 has tested each app, and on occasion tests applications for specific uses, for example; Fluentbit for Splunk. When an application has been modified for a specific use the application name and description will capture the changes.
Further to this, some applications expect specific cluster configurations, such as a Load Balancer, in this scenario Platform9 will modify the application to run without a Load Balancer and update the name and description of the application to reflect this.
How do I know an App will run on my cluster?
For any application click the 'deploy' button and review the Applications description. All applications have been updated to reflect the clusters types and configurations that they have been certified to work with.

Platform9 does not support Certified Apps, for help with each applications operation and configuration please contact the developer directly. If you are having issues with the Helm Chart Repository or the deployment of an application please reach out on our public Slack: slack.platform9.io
