Platform9 Early Access Program
The “Platform9 Early Access Program” is an invitation only program for product feedback and use-case validation on Platform9 Early Access Features (defined below). Early access is how we build great products; starting from your feature requests at https://ideas.platform9.com through to generally available products. Early Access Features are commonly in use within the Platform9 Cloud, that’s our cloud that runs your cloud, and are ready to be tested in the real world for feedback and validation in non-production environments.
It is important to remember that these Early Access Features are not yet fully supported under the Platform9 SLA and in some cases may not be functionally complete. Platform9 wants your feedback on these features and will provide best effort support to help resolve issues in your non-production environments.
Early Access Program Terms
Early Access Features made available by Platform9 are provided to customers for testing purposes only. Platform9 makes no commitments to provide Early Access Features in any future versions of our software. Customers are not obligated to use Early Access Features. Platform9 may immediately and without notice remove Early Access Features for any reason without liability to a customer. Platform9 does not provide support of any kind for Early Access Features. Early Access Features are provided by Platform9 "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
"Early Access Feature(s)" means any software features, functionality or services which Platform9 may make available to customers to try at no additional cost, and which is designated as beta, trial, non-production or another similar designation.
Platform9 does not recommend that features listed as part of the Early Access Program are used in production environments.
As Platform9 plans future releases and looks to progress features from Early Access to generally available we will attempt to incorporate feedback and resolve any defects that are found during the Early Access Program.
