Unable To Download KubeConfig When MFA Enabled

Problem

Downloading Kubeconfig with Authentication Method as Password fails with the error “Invalid Credentials”

Environment

• Platform9 Managed Kubernetes - v5.4 and Higher

Cause

This is a known issue and our Engineering team is working on a fix. Reach out to Platform9 Support for the status of the fix

Workaround

Disable MFA OR use Token based authentication method to download kubeconfig
