CPU Manager

CPU manager allows the user to configure CPU Management Policies on a Kubernetes node for workloads which are significantly affected by cache affinity and scheduling latency. It is also one of the data stores which Topology Manager refers to for its operations. To configure CPU Manager, please refer to the documentation here.
