# Unable to Create VM Instance

## Problem

* VM Instance is failing with below error

```javascript
CREATE_FAILED  CREATE aborted (Task create from Server "test_vm" Stack "test-00086" [cxxx-xxx-4xxx-bbxx-f4a193bbxxx] Timed out)
```

## Environment

* Platform9 Managed OpenStack - v5.8

## Cause

* Network latency on the host.

## Resolution

* Increase the network speed on the host.
